Reservations

Reservations can be made via our website or by phone, fax and email. We will require $250 deposit to secure the booking and this will be held to insure against any damages that may occur during the rental period. This booking deposit is non-refundable if not notified 90 days from the arrival date. We require 4 weeks notice from the owners for personal bookings or occupation. In the event of a double booking within the 4 week notice period, preference will be given to the outside booking and not the owners booking.

Owner Bookings - We at Eagle Management will do our utmost to provide bookings via our Website, Travel Agents and Golfing Agents. Golf is primarily an out of season past time, therefore it is an advantage for times when other bookings are not available. However, in order to fully maximize the potential rent of your home and to make use of the quieter months of the year, we do encourage you to obtain personal bookings. We do, obviously, require you to inform us with as much notice as possible when you have a personal booking or are planning to use the property yourself.
