STEP 9 : THE KEYS

The inspections are over, all documents and contracts are signed, and the keys are yours upon completion! The closing costs on a home with a mortgage will be 4%. If no mortgage is required closing costs will be around 2%. These fees include government taxes, title registration and the insurance and mortgage registration. All costs will be detailed whilst searching for your property.
