If you have purchased a property from plan and it is being constructed, you can request to receive regular photos and obviously, 24 hour, 365 days a year contact with our agents, who will continue to act on your behalf whilst you are in the UK.

It is now that our management team focuses on advertising your property for bookings, not just from the website, but through various advertisements that we have learned to be fruitful. This, along with an exciting new opportunity to progress out of season bookings through Golf Holiday Companies, should ensure your property is rented to it’s maximum potential. When your property is completed, we are requested by the builder to conduct a ‘walk through’ inspection on your behalf to make absolutely sure everything you requested is in place, i.e.; that white tiles are not pink etc. Once we are fully satisfied that everything is according to your specification it is at this point that your house will be put onto our system to ensure advance bookings.

We will only work with builders of the highest quality and we have been operating with them for years. Their customer service is of the highest standard and they have always been only too happy to help. Remember that our company is their client. If they do a good job, we will continue to use them.
