: MORTGAGE & BANKS
During your time here it is advisable to visit your Mortgage
lender. Many builders recommend you use their preferred
lender and may give extra discount if you do decide to do
so.
We have an excellent qualified mortgage broker, who provides
free of charge advice as to the best deal. It is possible
to obtain a mortgage for 80% of the total purchase price,
however, opting for 70% requires less documentation and
it is easier for approval. A mortgage can be fixed for up
to 30 years and re-paying the mortgage back early should
not incur any charges.
Bank accounts are easy to open on the same day and it is
highly recommended to do this as exchanging money from the
UK is an expensive process. We have team of advisors who
