STEP 4 : FOUND THE PERFECT PROPERTY

After 2-3 days you should have established if this investment is going to suit you or not. If not, you have the chance to enjoy Orlando and it's attractions until your flight home, but if you have found the perfect place "Congratulations".

The builder will ask for between $1000 and $5000 as a deposit. This is an initial deposit to remove the lot from sale, and will be deducted from the main deposit. A further 10% will be required after 30 days and the final 30% is not due until the day of closing, when your property is completed. A builder's representative will complete a full sales contract for your signature, which is explained page by page in detail. Please be assured all deposits are refundable in full in the unlikely event that your mortgage is not approved. Builders will differ and each contract may change, again, this will always be thoroughly investigated for you.
