: VIEWING IN AMERICA
After all your questions have been answered and you feel you
would like to see for yourself, you can request our UK agents
to enquire about flights and arrange a stay in a similar property
to which you will be viewing. Once you have decided on a flight
and date, you're off! A representative will greet you at the
airport and take you to your accommodation and answer any
initial questions you have. We recommend a 4-day trip, which
should provide sufficient time to view all properties, shortlist
and re-visit to make your final decision. You will probably
find you are fairly tired from the long journey, so we will
arrange a time to suit you to meet the next day. Our representative
will then show you all the communities in your price range,
located in your desired areas. This gives our agents time
to give details on rental prices, square footage, importance
of location and the different charges incurred, through to
prices of furniture etc.
This is all done slowly and at your pace; in fact having 4
days here gives you a chance to re-visit your favourite properties
many times before making a final decision.
